Harold Wayne Belt, 67, of Marion May 7, 2015, at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. He was a U.S. Army veteran and member of the Army National Guard for 26 years. Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of arrangements.
