Police seek leads in Burna arson case

In the early morning hours of Saturday, a residence located at 1403 U.S. 60 East in Burna caught fire. According to Burna Volunteer Fire Department Chief Jimmy Lamb, the home was vacant.

Kentucky State Police, along with the Kentucky State Fire Marshal’s Office, investigated the incident and determined the cause of the fire to be intentionally set and declared arson.

KSP is seeking information as to who is responsible for setting the fire. Persons with information can contact Detective Frank Gresham, KSP arson investigator, at (270) 856-3721.

The Kentucky State Arson Task Force is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person responsible in this case.  You may remain anonymous.
