At approximately 2:25 p.m., KSP Post 2 in Madisonville was contacted by the Webster County Detention Center in reference to an escapee. The inmate, William W. Adams, was on work-release at the Sebree City Garage located on South State Street when he walked away.

- 220 pounds
- Brown hair
- Hazel eyes
