Steven W. Freeman, 22, of Morganfield is charged with murder.
State Police say Freeman was driving a vehicle at 8:30 p.m., Wednesday in Union County when he hit, Damon W. Collins, 17, who was on a bike. The teen was flown to a nearby hospital, but later died from his injuries.
Additionally, Freeman is charged with aggravated operating a motor vehicle under the influence and driving on a suspended license.
