Leaf collection, airport, food targeted

Leaf Collection is getting axed in Marion.

Leaf collection, street sweeping, food bank, airport and other services and groups are targeted for cuts as the city mulls ways to save money in the coming year.

The City Council is also proposing a 4% tax increase to help balance its budget, which will be finalized at Monday's council meeting.
