According to information from the Kentucky Lottery, a winning $1 million ticket from last night's Powerball drawing was sold at Minit Mart 541 on Complex Drive in Grand Rivers. The retailer will receive $10,000 for selling the winning Powerball ticket.
The winner matched the five white ball winning numbers – 4, 15, 25, 27, 30 – but now the Powerball – 18.
Lottery officials advise the winner to sign the back of their ticket and come to Kentucky Lottery headquarters in Louisville to claim their prize. The winner has 180 days from yesterday's drawing to claim the prize.
P0werball is a lottery game sold in 44 states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Lottery players in Kentucky are on a bit of a roll. On Friday, northern Kentucky residents Sandra Goines and Mickey Regan won a $1 million Mega Millions prize.
