The department of health has confirmed a new case of COVID-19 in Crittenden County. This is the seventh confirmed case since the pandemic began.
Judge-Executive Perry Newcom says the new case is a 37-year-old Marion woman, who is self-isolating at home.
Newcom also said that at least one individual associated with a previous positive case, and required to be under quarantine, is not abiding by prescribed restrictions. He said the county is exploring is legal remedies to deal with the matter.
