The trial was postponed after a pre-trial hearing on Friday when Judge Steven Hayden denied a motion by the defendants for summary judgement. The defendant, Crittenden County School Board, will file an appeal to the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
The trial will be delayed until the appeals court renders a decision.
