Congressman unable to attend ceremony

U.S. Rep. Ed Whitfield, scheduled to speak at Monday's Memorial Day ceremony at Mapleview Cemetery, will not be attending due to a travel conflict. Judge-Executive Perry Newcom will be the keynote speaker.
