Christian fastest growing county in state

Following the news that Hopkinsville is the fastest growing major city in Kentucky, recent data show that Christian County is also the fastest growing county in the commonwealth. According to estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau, Christian County had a population of about 75,427 in 2012, up 1,874 people from the previous year. This represents a 2.5 percent increase, and it also makes Christian County the 11th most populated county in Kentucky.
