Senate President Robert Stivers said Wednesday he hopes a conference
committee will start soon to iron out differences between the House and
the Senate on snow days legislation. Stivers (R-Manchester) made the
comments Wednesday after the Kentucky House refused to concur with the
Senate's amended House Bill 211 and sent a message asking the Senate to
withdraw them.
