Crittenden County High's School-Based Decision Making Council parent elections will be held at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, in the high school library. Any parent who has a child enrolled and/or pre-registered at CCHS for the upcoming school year (2016-17) may run for a seat on the school council and vote to elect the parent council members. The council has two parent members and three teachers who are elected to serve each year.
Candidates must be nominated for the office of parent member on an official nomination form. All nominations must be made in writing on the approved form, which is available at the high school office. The form shall be signed by the nominee indicating, if elected, that he or she is willing to serve and meets eligibility requirements.
