Dr. Johnny Newcom (left) and Jonathan Burdon (right) are pictured with Crittenden County Superintendent of Schools Vince Clark following the two men's induction Friday afternoon as Crittenden County Distinguished Alumni. Newcom, a Marion chiropractor, was inducted largely on his volunteerism in the community, particularly with youth. Burdon, founder and CEO and SDA Media, was inducted as an entrepreneur. He lives in Nashville, Tenn., where his company is located.
