One of Marion's nuisance homes will soon be gone. Gary Baulos, who acquired the unkempt West Bellville Street property earlier this year, is having the house torn down. The previous owner, who could not keep up the property, handed it over to Baulos, who maintains several rental properties in the community. This summer, Marion Planning and Zoning Coordinator Terri Hart said Baulos may decide to rebuild on the lot.
