Kentucky's first 'pay-what-you-can' community restaurant to open in Danville

A non-profit "pay-what-you-can" community restaurant, which boasts the slogan "home cooking with a delicious mission," will soon open its doors in Danville. Based on the restaurant model developed by the One World Everybody Eats Foundation, Grace Café will be the first of its kind in Kentucky and will offer "delicious, fresh, locally-sourced, organic-when-possible, highly-nutricious food" to all who walk through the door. Currently, there are 35 community cafés of this type in the United States.
