Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will restrict traffic to one lane on the Interstate 24 Cumberland River Bridge starting Monday.
The lane restriction is to allow the use of a Snooper Truck to conduct a detailed inspection of the bridge at the Livingston-Lyon County Line.
The inspection will require a lane restriction for eastbound traffic on Monday and Tuesday a westbound lane restriction on Wednesday and Thursday of next week.
Motorists should expect to encounter a lane restriction from approximately 8am to approximately 3pm each day. Motorists should be alert for slowing and merging traffic as they approach this work zone.
