About 80 people attended a dedication ceremony honoring longtime fair chairman Jim Hatfield Monday night.
The Crittenden County Lions Club, which organizes the fair, renamed the exhibition hall after Hatfield, who helped bring back the county fair in the 1970s and was its greatest advocate for many years.
