The Kentucky House of Representatives voted 63-34 Thursday afternoon to approve a redistricting plan that reshapes the commonwealth's 100 House districts. The new boundaries would remove McCracken County precincts from District 4 that includes the entirety of Crittenden, Livingston and Caldwell counties and replace them with precincts in north to central Trigg County.
