Beware of mowing crews along U.S. 60
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Livingston County highway maintenance crew is mowing right-of-ways along two busy routes through the county.
A mowing crew is starting at the Canal Bridge at Grand Rivers and will be working northward along Ky. 453 (Dover Road) over the next couple of weeks.
A mowing crew is starting on U.S. 60 at about the 13 mile marker near the Cumberland River Bridge at Smithland and working eastward through Burna and Salem to the Livingston-Crittenden County Line.
Motorists are asked to be alert for these mowing crews and use appropriate caution. Highway crews are also mowing right-of-way in all counties across the region.
