Crittenden County Judge-Executive Perry Newcom and Marion Mayor Jared Byford are encouraging families in the county and city to do their trick-or-treating Tuesday night, as there is a strong chance of storms all day on Halloween.
"We think it's best for the safety of everyone," Newcom said Monday afternoon.
