Marion residents voting in precincts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 will have an opportunity to cast ballots for or against alcohol sales. The question will read: "Are you in favor of the sale of alcoholic beverages in the City of Marion, Kentucky?"
Opponents have been using a variety of means to get out their dry message, including this advertisement which has also been published in the newspaper.
The advertisement makes several points about why alcohol is a bad idea for Marion.
