Health Department offering biometric screenings

The Crittenden County Health Department offers biometric screenings for individuals who participate in the Go365 Insurance benefits program. 

All employees who have state insurance plans and participate in the LivingWell program, are eligible to receive biometric screenings at any of the Pennyrile District Health Department locations listed in this advertisement.

The health department in Marion is located off Industrial Drive next to the Marion Ed-Tech Center and behind Siemens.
