UPDATE: Ferry is back open and running on normal schedule, from 6 a.m., to 10 p.m., daily.
The Cave In Rock Ferry is closed by high winds. The ferry had to halt operation just before 10 a.m., due to windy conditions on the Ohio River. It will resume operation when the winds lay.
