The victim has been identified as Mason Perkins, approximately 20 years old. He was flown to an Evansville hospital with possible leg and back injuries. He was in series condition Friday afternoon.

Rescue squad at wreck
Update 2: Crittenden County Rescue Squad, Tolu Volunteer Fire Department and Kentucky State Police have been dispatched to an single-vehicle accident on Ky. 91 North this morning. One person was believed trapped in a vehicle, which crashed near the former Pilot House grocery store. The accident occurred shortly after 6 a.m.
