State police find 22 pounds of pot in Princeton


Kentucky State Police have arrested a Princeton man, who they say had 22 pounds of marijuana in his home on North Cave Street.

The KSP Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations (DESI) West Branch was conducting an investigation of illegal drug activity when they made contact with Charles M. Dequintin Jr., 32. Officers seized the pot and drug paraphernalia inside the residence. They also found four pot plants being grown inside the house. 

Dequintin was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail and charged with felony trafficking, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
