Tiline man charged in Livingston investigation
Livingston County Sheriff's Department has charged Jonathan D. Starczewski, 46, of Tiline with one count of felony third-degree sodomy and two counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse as the result of an investigation conducted by Deputy Kenneth Vincent.
