The City of Marion will hold a special meeting Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
On the agenda is a second reading of the proposed Property Tax Rates for 2012, a resolution to support coal miners and retirees and consideration of a bid award to Wilkins Construction for the West Elm sidewalk project.
