A large estate auction is scheduled for July 25 in Salem.

Bunch Brothers will sell the contents of John S. Pace, Jr.'s estate beginning at 10 a.m.

Aside from a two-bedroom house and two commercial buildings, the estate includes a large antique collection, furniture, tools, vehicles and more.
