Sign up for those in grades 5-6 will be from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m., and those in 3-4 grades from 6:45 to 8 p.m.
Cost is $70 with checks made payable to Crittenden County Quarterback Club.
Copies of the player’s birth certificate and a sports physical are required.
