The City of Marion's leaf collection equipment has broken down, stalling crews' efforts to pick up leaves around town. City officials hope the equipment can be repaired and back in action by Tuesday, Nov. 10.
Additionally, North Maple Street – closed for repairs to prevent further flooding – has reopened today.
