Three Crittenden County residents, including a former Baptist minister, were arrested Monday on federal drug warrants.
Former pastor and Marion businessman Nicky Davis, Bobby Blackburn, and Carl Belt Jr., were each arrested on felony indictments from the United States District Court in Paducah. They are individually charged with conspiricy to manufacture marijuana, over 100 plants.
