Kentucky State Police arrested a Marion woman at her home this morning, charging Jo Ann Warner, 57, with 21 counts of prohibited practices concerning substances that simulate controlled substances; 16 counts of distribution of obscene matter; and 79 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, all are Class A misdemeanors.Police said Warner owns Dusty’s Adult World in Morton's Gap. They have accused her of selling synthetic marijuana or something that mimics synthetic marijuana. Police also seized DVDs and magazines which they saw are obscene.
