The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is opening Ky. 137 (River Road) at 2 p.m., today.
Floodwaters have dropped off the roadway and maintenance crews have spent much of the day clearing mud and debris from areas that were flooded. The road had been under water for more than two weeks.
