Bevin orders flags to half-staff

Gov. Matt Bevin has directed that flags be flown at half-staff on Friday as a mark of respect for former First Lady Nancy Reagan. Funeral services will be held Friday at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif. Reagan will be buried at the library next to her husband, Ronald Reagan.
