Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson suggested earlier today that he will suspend his campaign.
"I do not see a political path forward in light of last evening’s Super Tuesday primary results," Carson said in a statement.
The former neurosurgeon said he will not be attending Thursday night's GOP debate on FOX News.
