Flags to fly at half staff

Gov. Steve Beshear has ordered U.S. flags in Kentucky to fly at half staff today in honor of the supreme sacrifice made by SPC Blaine E. Redding of Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The Fort Campbell soldier died recently fighting in Afghanistan.
