More than 50 well-wishers, including Sen. Dorsey Ridley and Rep. Mike Cherry, attended a retirement reception for outgoing Crittenden County Judge-Executive Fred Brown on Thursday.Brown will turn over the county's top seat to Perry Newcom starting in January.
