School officials say they have been in contact with the National Weather Service regarding the forecast of more wintry weather Wednesday. They say predictions are for freezing rain and sleet to begin later in the day, after children are safely home.
However, school officials will continue monitoring the storm's arrival, and if necessary, students could be sent home early.
