Livingston County rescue personnel have been dispatched to the Cumberland River to look for a missing person.
Searchers were launching rescue boats shortly after 10:30 p.m., at the Ky. 70 ramp across the river from Dycusburg, near where a 19-year-old Crittenden County man drowned two weeks ago.
Other Livingston rescue units were searching farther down river around the Tiline boat ramp near the Cumberland Campground. Initially, three rescue boats were dispatched to the scene.
