A Nashville man showed up in Crittenden District Court allegedly drunk Wednesday morning.
After recognizing that Mark A. Kimbel smelled of alcohol, Judge Steven Hayden ordered deputies to investigate further. The man was asked to blow into a portable breathalyzer, which registered about .145. He was arrested and taken straight to Crittenden County Detention Center, charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Kimbel had appeared in court to answer a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license.
