The former Marion resident and former pastor of a Fairfax County, Va., church has pleaded guilty to molesting two boys in the 1990s.
Tommy R. Shelton Jr. pleaded guilty Monday in Virginia to two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child. Shelton would not serve jail time but would be required to register as a sex offender.
The Fox television station in Washington, D.C., says the judge may not accepted the plea deal.
Shelton had lived in rural Crittenden County, but has recently moved.
