Warm fall weather coming to western Kentucky

If your fragile flora made it through this morning's chill they should live to see Halloween and - better yet - some sunny days in between. Although western Kentucky typically experiences its first freeze by about the third or fourth week of October, warmer weather patterns will give local residents and their gardens freeze-free nights for the foreseeable future.
