As a reminder, CSX Railroad and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KyTC) plan to close U.S. 41 near the Henderson-Webster County Line on Monday.
This closure is to allow CSX to repair and upgrade the rail crossing. U.S. 41 is expected to close at 8:30 a.m., Monday. It is expected to reopen to traffic at about 4 p.m.
Motorists who regularly travel U.S. 41 near the Henderson-Webster County Line should take note of this planned closure on Monday and make advance alternate travel plans. A marked detour will be provided.
