Ky. 120 near county line closing today

State highway Ky. 120 will be closed later today near the Crittenden-Webster County Line where backwater from the Tradewater River is already starting to creep over the road.

Heath Martin, local highway department supervisor, said the road is passable this morning, but as the water gets deeper, the road will be shut off to traffic.

The photograph was taken by Taylor Davis of Marion across Lake George Tuesday evening as a storm passed south of town.

James Elder, who originally hails from Livingston County but now lives in Paducah, has posted several flood pictures from the area on his personal blog. Click here to see it.
