River expected to rise later this week
Crittenden County Judge-Executive Perry Newcom is meeting today with local Emergency Management Director Greg Rushing and Red Cross Coordinator Geraldine Shouse to discuss the possibility of evacuations of county residents along the Ohio and Cumberland rivers as waters continue to rise.
