In Livingston County, there is no school today because of flooding. Also, residents in Smithland continue to evacuate. Officials have ordered a mandatory evacuation there by 10 a.m., tomorrow.
In Crittenden County, officials are encouraging residents along flood-prone areas of the Ohio River to voluntarily seek higher ground.
