Oil spill causing problems on 120 and 641

Kentucky Department of Highways crews are putting down sand on Ky. 120 from the Webster County Line to Marion and on U.S. 641 from Marion to the Caldwell County Line where an oily substances has apparently spilled from a cargo truck.

The roadway is slick in some areas and motorists should exercise caution.

This is the third time in recent weeks that road crews have been dispatched to solve issues regarding oily, slick substances on area highways. The cause of these spills has not been identified.
