- If water enters your home or business, disconnect electrical appliances. Do not touch electrical equipment if you are wet or standing in water.
- Disconnect all power by pulling or turning off the main breaker in your main panel.
- If water comes into contact with electrical outlets or appliances or you are forced to evacuate due to floodwaters, call Kenergy at 800-844-4832 to have your meter pulled. Call the same number to have your service reconnected after flooding has subsided.
