Cave In Rock Ferry idled its operation temporarily beginning at 10 a.m., Monday morning due to high winds that are disrupting safe travel across the Ohio River.
It's unclear when the ferry will be able to resume, but operations will return to normal when winds subside and ferry travel is safe.
