Daytime lane restrictions are planned along Interstate 24 in Livingston and Lyon counties Monday through Friday, Aug. 10-14, while crews cut brush and clear overgrowth along guardrails.
The work zone will extend from the Tennessee River Bridge near Exit 31 at Grand Rivers to Exit 45 at Eddyville. Crews will begin in the eastbound lanes and progress toward Eddyville before shifting westbound and working back toward the bridge.
Lane restrictions will be removed after each workday. Nearby entrance and exit ramps may be temporarily blocked as crews move through the area. Motorists should slow down and use caution.
